Atlante Listán Negro is an artisanal red wine that captures the essence of the Valle de La Orotava, a denomination of origin with volcanic soils and Atlantic microclimates that impart a unique character to each bottle. This wine is crafted primarily from Listán Negro grapes, one of the most emblematic native red varieties of the Canary Islands, complemented by a touch of Vijariego Negro in certain blends. It is made with hand-selected grapes, traditional fermentation in a concrete tank for several days, and aged for 12 months in 600-liter French oak vessels, providing structure and roundness while preserving freshness.
