This wine comes from vineyards located at altitudes between 800 and 1,200 meters, on loamy soils that promote an excellent balance between freshness and ripeness. The vines, trained on trellises and as ground-crawling vines and pruned to two buds, yield a carefully cultivated harvest that reflects the character of the region. Visually, it is clean and bright, with medium-to-high color intensity and attractive violet hues. On the nose, it stands out for its openness and medium-to-high intensity, with aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle notes of coffee. On the palate, it is harmonious, with good body and perfectly integrated tannins, offering a silky texture and a balanced finish. Made from grapes sourced from the winery’s own vineyards and a careful selection of high-mountain plots located at an altitude of over 1,200 meters, this wine expresses the authenticity and richness of its origin.
