A golden, complex, and enveloping wine, where the unctuousness and persistence recall the slow intensity of magma.

Golden yellow in colour, clean and bright, it reveals a complex nose where dried apricots, figs, raisins, honey, and citrus blend together, along with notes of white flowers and nuts. A broad and luminous ensemble, with the maturity, depth, and elegance of great volcanic sweet wines.

On the palate, it shows a great balance between sweetness, acidity, and alcohol. It is glyceric, savoury, and saline, with an elegant mouthfeel, a slight final bitterness, and a long persistence that slowly envelops the palate.

Unfined and unfiltered, it preserves a purer and more complete expression of the wine. Its 5-year aging in 500-litre American oak barrels provides complexity, texture, and depth, enhancing its honeyed character, volume, and long finish on the palate.

This limited-edition wine is part of the Timanfaya Collection, a tribute to the volcano's eruptive history. Born from pre-phylloxera and century-old vines, it expresses the complexity of a dry-farmed, extreme, and fascinating terroir.
