TIMANFAYA Tinto 75 cl

A dark fruit wine with a saline profile and firm structure, featuring a subtle dark background and a slightly smoky hint.

Cherry red in colour with garnet hues, it reveals a complex and enveloping nose, where wild fruits blend with balsamic notes, cocoa, spices, pink pepper, liquorice, and tobacco. A dark and elegant profile, marked by the mineral character of volcanic rock.

On the palate, it is savoury, broad, and persistent. Its noble tannins support an explosion of saline flavours, leaving a long, intense, and lingering finish.

Produced with indigenous yeasts, maceration and fermentation for 12 days at 24 ºC, delicate pressing, and malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered, to preserve the wine's most authentic expression.

This limited-edition wine is part of the Timanfaya Collection, a tribute to the volcano's eruptive history. Born from pre-phylloxera and century-old vines, it expresses the complexity of a dry-farmed, extreme, and fascinating terroir.
