BODEGAS LA HAYA

Bodega La Haya is a small family-run winery that combines tradition and modernity, situated within the Valle de la Orotava Designation of Origin (D.O.). They produce three types of white wine (Fruity, Dry and Barrel-aged). Their production is very limited. Their wines are made from 90% Listán Blanco and 10% a blend of varieties (Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, Forastera Gomera and Vijariego Blanco) – all native to the Canary Islands. The vines are over 200 years old and are trained using a unique system known as ‘Cordón Trenzado Múltiple’.
